About Coaching
Every Coach has their own approach to the Coaching process. My approach is Holistic; encouraging the changes you wish to be felt at the cellular level of your being as well as at the intellectual level of conscious mind. It is my belief that in order to bring about lasting change, body and mind need to be aligned as you move toward your Goals.
It is vital to address the fears and uncertainties that may arise as you embrace change. I like to encourage Safe Spaciousness to help you explore your current experience and push out your boundaries. I will suggest techniques you can use during your journey toward your Goals.
Coaching helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be by focusing on your life now, and then helping and supporting you to travel toward the future you want. The purpose of Coaching is to help you explore and discover your fullest potential and to support you as you attain your Goals by assisting you to bring things to your life (or take things out of your ife) in line with them.
Coaching can help you with almost any aspect of your life. Some common areas are:-
Self-Confidence, Self-Belief, Self-Image and Motivation.
Stress, Relationships, Life Balance, Time Management, Critical Awareness, Career choices.
Aligning/Acting from your deepest beliefs and values and realising your full potential !
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need between 6 and 12 sessions, it very much depends upon your individual requirements and your particular Goals. You can begin with weekly sessions and then as you progress toward your Goals, you might decide you need sessions less frequently. I will never suggest you have more sessions than I think you need and if you pay in advance I will refund you for any sessions you do not take.
I will always be delighted to hear about your progress even when our sessions are complete!
What can I expect during my Coaching sessions?
Each session will be unique. I will invite you to choose the session theme and we will work together to discover ways you can move forward. I will assist you to decide on your prime Goals and any Actions you need to take to bring them to your future experience. I will encourage you to explore your options and spot opportunities; then convert these into Actions.
I will support you every step of the way, reminding you that there is no place for words like `failure` or `mistakes` in Coaching; there are only results! If your current results are not quite what you hope for then we can work on changing the Action!
I will be behind you every step of the way as you gently but persistently push out your current boundaries by thinking, reflecting, planning and then doing things differently; in line with, and moving toward, the future you want!
